Professional Series PS77311 1500-Watt Tabletop Double Burner

Excellente product at an excellent price! Slick design in stainless steel w/ flat plates instead of coils...it is very functional, well made and sturdy!

The "new" appliance I received was covered in scratches and scrapes though the burners looked untouched. The double burner was slow to heat up but I let it take its time. After half an hour, it still wasn't hot enough to brown my ground beef in the slightest, though the metal around the burners was extraordinarily hot. Not only was it scratched and ugly but it was completely useless. To top it all off, the seller (CSB Commodities, ANTOnline) has absolutely absurd return policies so I'm stuck with this piece of crap. Buyer beware!

The burners dont stay hot very long. I dont know if I have a defect. When it heats up, it is convenient,

great at parties trying to keep dishes warm and if u have to cook something works grate without the worries of having a large stove

Impossible to use item. The outer box was severely damaged and although the inner box looked O.K. the actual unit was scratched, dented and torked. The company issued a full refund.

this is a wonderful product at a great price...just took a long time to get it...thanks for the buyer who helped out in the end

In product description online it says that "It features a large-size burner and a smaller-size burner" but my burners are both the same size and heating power. And the appliance itself looks different from the one which is shown online at Amazon.com. It is not even warm enough to boil water and it turns off all the time!!! BEWARE!!!!!

As other reviewers have said, the item came dented and scratched. We didn't return it within the first 24 hours and now we can't return it. It's worthless and a rip off.
