If you use enough other product to mix it into - yes. If you accidentally mix it into too little though it feels like an exfoliant - very grainy.

Can not recommend enough!

I can not say enough about this powder! I mix it with my serum and apply before bed or sometimes even in the morning. And let me tell you it really boosts the moisture in my skin. The texture of my skin after is smooth and full. It is a little sticky and tingly at first but after about 10 minutes that goes away. Gives a good glow and helps fill in my fine lines. I recommend this over and over!

Dissolves nicely.

I haven’t seen the effectiveness yet because something like this takes a long time for you to really see the results and it’s usually somebody complementing you on your skin. That hasn’t happened yet, so as far as efficacy, I’m not sure. However, it does dissolve nicely in my serum that I made which is glycerin, aloe vera, Vitamin C powder, and a little bit of distilled water to thin it down. It melts into my skin nicely and does not leave a sticky texture afterward. I do this at night after I’ve washed my face.
