Tastes terrible. No burn in the back of the throat. I’ve tasted many great tasting olive oil’s in my life and this is not one of them. Not even sure I can cook with this. Caution you cannot return this. Can’t even replace it. Very disappointed. 😔

I was very impressed with the packaging. An outer shipment box with sufficient packing. The inner product box had side locking tabs with a flip open. The inside of the box had a certificate of analysis performed at the university of California, Davis. There was a marked dosage cup resembling a shot-glass. Also included were cards with storage information, dosage tips and harvest date. The quality of the oil was very smooth and had just the right amount of “bite” for a high polyphenol EVOO. The way I see this the only drawback is the price. I can’t see my self buying this continuously. I have found other authentic high polyphenol EVOO for less money.

You can't pour this oil without it spilling all down the bottle and onto the counter. It's a high quality oil but because of the terrible design of the pour spout a lot of oil gets wasted.

High polyphenol EVOO! If you're looking the EVOO with one of the highest concentrations of oleocanthal, this is it! I think there's only one other EVOO with higher levels, and it is more expensive! Great product at a great price!

This is very good olive oil health wise. However the bottle is clear glass which is not a good home for premium olive oil. Additionally, the stopper can leak in transit, and THERE IS NO DRIP LESS POUR SPOUT. The distributor has informed me that the future bottle will be dark glass.
