This pressure cooker is amazing and it really marinates all kinds of seasoning deeply into any food I cooked like broths, fried rice, and other dishes. I even put the most untasteful seasoning like oregano, sage, cinnamon, cloves into my food and it turned out the most savory dishes I have made compared to cooking or baking on pan. Usually, those seasonings are strong and distasteful in high amounts but not in this case when you cook in the pressure cooker.The only thing is that it is loud when it lets out the steam but it goes away after 1-2 minutes and if you run it on cold water after cooking. Only run cold water when it lets out most of the steam so you don't shock it from hot to cold.

Unhappy with this product. I gifted this product to a friend, she said it does not work at all. I have used Pressure cookers for over 40 years. The lid does not close. I tried to buy another 5 litre gasket and tried to use it, but still same result. Once I got the beans inside the cooker and closed the lid, lid would not close the way it should. Had hard time opening it. Vinod should reconsider this product seriously.Amazon how could I get my money reimbursed?

When using this product be sure to put the lid on correctly. Press the lid down and turn and look all around the pot to ensure it has sealed. Follow the directions from there! That works just fine!

It's only 4 litres capacity. The description says 5 litre capacity. Send back. Disappointing.

I use pressure cookers much more often than most people. I bought this pressure cooker so that I could use it on an induction cook surface, I like so well I have donated my old aluminum cookers and use this one only. It has a nice thick base that browns roasts evenly before pressure cooking. The very shiny and smooth stainless surface cleans up so much easier than my old aluminum cooker, I also love the thick gasket that seals first time every time even after a lot of use.
