Ankle/foot support
I immediately put it to use and found it to be helpful in that I could now walk without the pain I was experiencing from the top of my right foot. The size of the support matters and must be considered.

good product
I found the sock fitted really well and I found them really comfortable and supportive. However I am a size four and whilst the sock fits I found the straps - that I think are meant to be done up at the back of the ankle according to the picture - I found the strap far too long for that to work however its really stretchy so it fits fine to do up at the front and this works fine for me but some might find that a problem.

Perfect for falling arches
These are brilliant for those with fallen arches. The straps do take a little bit of fiddling around to figure out how tight they need to be for your support requirements, but once that's figured out they are very comfortable. The size of these are very snug but will adapt to the wearer quickly the more you wear them.I consider these better for arch support than a previous set that were essentially just one strap around the arch as they were prone to slipping. These stay in place which is perfect for me as I walk a lot and require consistent support while walking

Good ankle compression.
Good price for the pair. I've recently started skipping training so great for supporting the ankles. Good compression.

Caused more pain when worn
I had to return these due to not working for me at all, they caused a lot of pain when walking while wearing them, I had to stop while out walking and take them off it hurt that much, think they cut of my circulation or something as my foot was throbbing. I have given 3 stars as a neutral because they're not necessarily bad, they just weren't suitable for me.

Bracing!
These feel great. I purchased them in hopes of helping to stabilise my ankles and they immediately feel great. I don't feel as if I'm my ankles are made out of a couple of broken slinkies any more.I would recommend these to anyone who requires bracing for their ankle. I purchased these due to ankle instability after repeated sprains and injuries. Tubular bandages weren't helping to stop me from re-injuring my legs.I would not recommend these braces to someone with swollen ankles due to a heart condition or HBP or to someone with a problem like migraine or fibromyalgia whose legs are going numb during an attack (people who've experienced this know what I mean). I think a compression stocking or tubular bandage would be of better use but actually those don't help either. Also I would like to politely suggest that when ordering people should forget the shoe size as a guide. In actuality what matters is how thick your ankles are. Although the straps can be worn higher or lower to adjust tightness, the medium size is made for someone with medium or small adult ankles. No larger than a UK size 14 skinny jeans ankle (if you see what I mean...)If you wear a size 18 or above in skinny jeans and need to buy XL tights but are short in stature (5ft 2 and under), or if you can't get your calves into a small tubular bandage and wear a wide feet shoe, get the large. The shoe size guide is misleading because your foot will fit the sock but the straps will squeeze your ankles.
