What a gip. I only got the gold. It was sold as a duo set silver and gold.

Do I need a UV light for this?

No there is no UV light needed. It dries very fast as well. Shake the bottle to get the best effect.

How scattered is the flake in the holo?

The flakes are very tiny and provides a fine "glitter." You can certainly do more than one coat of gold or alternate between gold and silver layers! I love it!!
