Broken after using twice
Very poor quality product. The little thingy inside only holds with a hole and got distorted and disolcated after using twice for scooping ice cream...

Great item, great value
This is a really nice scoop. I bought it to use with melons, but it would be good for a hard ice cream as well. The handle is strong and comfortable, and the metal can handle very solid substances. I highly recommend.

Needs a redesign to fix a week point.
The Metal Bow to release the food, on the devise slots into a recess in the mechanism, that is plastic, when the Ice-cream is very firm the bow comes out & does nothing, I have tried to fix that by using super glue to hold the bow in its required position, we will see if that works, otherwise it needs a redesign. Any way. That did not work. I need a REFUND, PLEASE ADVISE.
