Hi, can I use this to paint/draw wall decals? I'll draw tropical leaves with acrylic brushes.

This is designed to be applied to plaster walls & ceilings. If it's applied to this type of surface, it should be okay.

Is this any good for Garage steel doors?

I would recommend Dulux Weathershield Gloss or Hammerite Metal paint for a steel garage door, rather than this.
