I used this bulb to warm chicks. I like the filtered red light to allow chicks to not have to try to sleep under brighter white light.I chose this lower watage bulb in situation of not being able to elevate bulb above chicks as much as one would with a stronger watage bulb. The stronger bulb would have been too hot. Also to consider...the ambient air temperature was 68 degrees. If very cold out, you might choose a higher watage bulb if you can elevate 18 inches or more above chicks and if they have space to be able to move away from heat source

My daughter has severs disease (growth plate trouble at the heel) and was in pain after any athletics.She uses the cups for running and soccer and has felt less pain as a result. She loves having a tool to support her!

Bought these for my teenage boys that complain of heel pain (foot growth). These have helped tremendously! Would highly recommend. Especially for growing kids and kids that play sports.

Not as advertised. In the description it says it comes with 4 and I only received 3. On top of missing the item, they were dirty and full of some type of animal hair. Obviously I was sent items that were used. Very dissatisfied. Do not recommend
