These are so helpful and well made. As a beginner in my reiki and energy healing journey, I found these extremely effective at helping me make the transition between just reading & studying reiki, to actually practicing. This set of cards gave me a wonderful way to organize and visualize all of the information I was learning about chakras, their affects, and actually applying so many modalities to bring balance and healing to each (via sound, scent, crystals, colors, hand gestures, etc.). I like that each card has a title section and they can be organized and referred to separately, as needed. These are on thick and premium sheen coated cardstock, (but not waterproof-style lamination) so the cards aren't necessarily delicate, but they could be prone to water damage and bending and fraying after some time like a deck of cards. I’ve been heavily using mine for studying and meditation practice for about a week and they are still in great shape, like new. They came with a thin drawstring bag like gemstones often do, but I feel like a snap-close clear case would make a better container to protect them in my bag.
