I really like this eye makeup remover. It removes the hard to remove primer base easily but this remover is pricey. I suggest waiting for it to go on sale, like during Christmas and such. It doesn’t cause my skin to react. It’s super gentle and no-invasive but gets the job done. I use Lancôme products due to their high quality products but man, it can get rather pricey!

I have used this product for decades. It is fragrance free, it is gentle, and it does exactly what it says it will do. Shake the bottle to mix the product. Put it on a cotton pad, or, if you're real frugal like me, I stick a Q-tip in the hole and start with that. Then I stick the other end of the Q-tip and do my other eye. You don't have to pull at your lid or scrub your liner or shadow. Just be patient and let the remover do the work. Works on removable product and waterproof product. ALWAYS use a cotton product for makeup remover. I always put this in every makeup review I do. Cotton comes from Cotton. It is naturally soft and absorbent. Tissue comes from trees. It is a fine version of wood. Use a derivative of cotton. Please. OK. It's expensive. But, it lasts a very long time. IT REMOVES YOUR EYE MAKE-UP GENTLY. And, if you can't get in all the nooks and crannies near your tear duct, etc. go to the site for manicurist supplies and look for Q-Tips for nails, and it'll take you to a section of little yellow Q-tips, only they're pointed on the end tips, made out of cotton and make eye make-up removing so easy. You know, those little nooks and crannies that are under your bottom lashes or near your tear ducts. That's when you use these pointy ones. Cotton. Only cotton supplies for your eyes. I'm usually an ingredients-reader, but I really don't care what's in this single product because it removes eye makeup so well with hydration and no irritation. I've never used anything better.

I have eyes that are somewhat sensitive and buy this on repeat. It does not leave a residue and gets eye makeup off well. Highly recommend!

The best mascara remover around. I have never found a better mascara remover, and I have tried them all. Fragrance free, and with a cotton pad, removes all your mascara while being moisturizing. If you can find a better one for less, let me know.

The very best eye make up remover.

I've been using this product for years. I was having an issue with lash loss when removing my eye makeup. Also, most removers had so much oil in them that my vision was blurry for hours after use. My mother had a small sample of Lancome Bi-Facil, that I tried. I found it was just right. My lash loss stopped and I even had some return. I've found that it works best if you press a semi wet swab to your lashes for 30sec or more helps to remove mascara better than not, especially if you happen to be wearing a lot of mascara. Be kind to your eyes if you love your lashes... Other than taking your time to remove your makeup and the price (it is expensive), I love this product and I would give it 5 stars.

This has always been my favourite eye makeup remover. It’s good for water proff products. I use it in my whale face.

My eyes are sensitive and I wear waterproof mascara. This is the ONLY eye makeup remover that doesn’t irritate them and it gets my makeup off effectively. I love it!
