Love the heat press but I love AKEYDIY support. I had a problem mostly my fault and they were super supportive to resolving the issue ASAP. Quick email replies and sent me parts to fix my problem. I will continue to use AKEYDIY products in the future. THANKS AKEYDIY

Lack of instructions
I love this heat press. It was delivered quickly. Great quality. I think the only downfall I could find is the directions. The directions were not very clear or in depth. Especially on how to set the thing up and change out the pieces.

Great product, easy to use ... would be easier with instructions, however.
Once I found information online for how to use it (but that was not easy to find), it was very easy to use - and fun! I really enjoy using the features of my press. It is big & bulky, but I knew that when I bought it; so, you do need to plan for a lot of room for it. The only critical feedback that I have is that it would've been much easier to get going with it, if there were instructions (or even a URL to instructions) provided with the unit.
