Hesnchel Hasts Aussie Breezer Camo Hat

This is my new favorite summer hat. I got it a little big (xxl) which is OK because a bandanna fits nicely underneath. I typically wear size 7 7/8. Love the mesh in the crown - it allows a nice airflow. The brim is nice and wide to provide ample sun protection. I haven't totally crushed it, because I love its shape and I want to keep it that way, but it seems pretty rugged. I took off the wooden bead and tied the lanyard into a double fisherman's knot, which makes it more comfortable, looks better, and remains adjustable. I highly recommend this hat for any activity that you need protection from the sun. Looks amazing too!

Took this out west. It is not crushable, so packing it required some care, but was doable. Once out there and in use, the hat was fantastic, It provides excellent shade, particularly for the back neck and every breeze passes thru the mesh quite nicely. Also, I purchased the largest size for my size 8 head and the blessed thing fit quite comfortably!

Great hat. I like that you don’t have to be careful to not wrinkle it. It folks and comes back to shape after unfold it and reshape it. The mesh on top keeps my head cool and the very top is covered to keep the sun out. The is wide enough to shade my whole head and neck. Shading your whole head makes the heat tolerable. It’s light weight but heavy enough to stay on your head when active. The neck strap can be rotated to the back and its out of the way if you don’t need it. Good buy

This is a nice hat. I wear a 7 7/8 size hat and a good fit is hard to find. i bought the 2xl which is supposed to fit 7 7/8 to 8. I imagine it would fit a size 8 and it is a little bit big on my head. I just got a short haircut so maybe that is part of it. I cut a couple of lengths of non-roll elastic and inserted them inside the inner hat band in the front and back. and that works great. The fit is excellent with that modification. Maybe I will take the elastic out out when my hair grows out some. The hat keeps my head cool and the wide brim nicely shades my face, neck and ears. I used it over the weekend at my granddaughter's swim meet (95 def F outside) and it was very comfortable. There is plenty of ventilation through the top. The quality overall is good. How long will it last? Who knows but if I can get a couple of years use out of it it is worth the $40 I spent. It will get extensive use this summer in Colorado and Wyoming on our summer vacation so just have to wait and see on how well it holds up to sweat and constant wear.

I have been trying to find a sunhat for a long time and I have a very small head! I thought that this one would do the trick, but the crown area didn't work for me. I think this is a lovely hat..very stylish and would shield the sun. Sadly, I returned it.

Like all other Henschel hats, this Breezer is high quality. This is probably my 5th or 6th Aussie from Henschel, and the fit and quality of this one is the same as all the others through the years -- excellent!

I am not really a fan of the super floppy, looking like you are going to the Kentucky derby, sun hats that are available to most women. So I was happy with this style and the fact that they had larger sizing options. I usually find the one size fits all women's hats other manufacturers make a bit tight. And I like when a sunhat falls a little lower on the head and is comfortable for all-day wear. This hat looks good if you are in jean shorts and a tshirt as well as a cute day dress. It's more expensive than I would usually purchase for a hat but the comfort and quality and fit and SPF protection makes this a daily use item for me that I'm sure I will have for at least a few years to come. Use the sizing chart to measure your head for the right fit, I found it very accurate if you want it to be a little slouchy and not too tight. :)

I love this hat. I have several Henschel hats which are the best fitting hats you will ever own. They look good and there is a style just for you.
