Great for hard boiled eggs
I’m glad I chose this egg cooker. It works great for hard boiling eggs and is easy to clean. I’m not sure how the other features work as I bought it just to use as a hard boiled egg cooker.

Easy to make soft cooked, medium and hard boiled eggs
I absolutely love my egg cooker. I always have hard boiled eggs on hand for snacking. It also makes great soft boiled.

Deceptive description
I feel deceived by this product. "Cooks in just a minute"? That's literally what is says on the promo video. When I received the egg cooker and unpacked it with anticipation, I was shocked by the descriptions of how to prepare the eggs for cooking. First, pierce them on the bottom with a pinprick? Then--14 to 16 minutes for a hardboiled egg? I can boil a hardboiled egg in a pot of water, no pinpricks necessary, in 10 minutes. This "labor-saving" device takes more time and effort than filling my little pot and setting the timer to 4 minutes for soft-boiled or 10 minutes for hard. I feel like a sap to have ordered this. Returning.

Product is fine but the original box was damaged
The product is fine but the box it was packed in was in bad shape. It looked like the appliance had been repacked badly. The box was partially crushed, the instruction manual was wrinkled up and the original box was packed inside a larger "Amazon" box, presumably to make sure the product box wasn't damaged further.
