Where is this soy sauce made and bottled?

Manufactured and bottled in Hong Kong. If not, I wouldn't use it. Check your dried garlic products. They are likely from China and I stoppyusing them. Shop on Amazon for US grown and processed garlic products. I got Kirkland brand which comes from California. Very good! Cost more but worth it! Store brand garlic powder was causing me GI discomfort. It was produced in China.

does this need refrigeration after opening it?

I am chinese, you don't need to put it in the fridge. It can store a long time. but remember Oyster Sauce need put in the fridge after it open.

Finally... I found it!

I've been looking for a soy sauce that tastes smoky and sweet like the restaurant my wife and I love. It's a homemade soy sauce that's so good that we can't even eat sushi or anything with regular soy sauce anymore. This is the CLOSEST thing we've found to what we were looking for.
