They fit very snugly- excellent!

Decent silicone handle covers, but would prefer ones with a more solid fit. These fit loosely on my cast iron pans and don’t give me that confident feeling that they won’t twist or turn when I lift a hot, heavy pan while cooking. Wish they fit tighter.

People, people, people. All the grips for sale are 5.5 in., don't follow the herd, you probably just need the short or 4.5 in. grips, sellers on Amazon are leading you the wrong way! In most cases you want the shorter ones for Lodge cast iron fry pans. I own the 5in, the 8in and the 10in fry pans and the short 4.5 in. grips work perfectly, the 5.5 in. are too long and too wide. Don't believe me? Look it up on the Lodge guide. I decided on this set to get a bunch of short ones and one 5.5 in for a specialty pot.

These do not fit tight on the pan handle also they get very hot to the touch.

The handle on some of my skillets get too hot to hold. These make picking them up safe. The large handles are bigger than anything I have but the small ones fit nicely.

We use the mini 5" pans for many things and it's easy to forget they are hot. The larger pans, for the most part, all came with red handles initially. Those handles are worn and needed to be replaced. This purchase worked out great for the price and number of handle holders we received for all our cast iron skillets.

These were a good buy. The handles easily slipped onto both our smaller cast iron and ceramic cast iron fry pan handles as well as the larger cast iron fry pan handle. They provide a snug fit, which helps when handling a hot, heavy piece of cookware. Cloth pot holders may slip and cause a loss of grip which can result in a nasty burn. They can also catch fire if left too close to the burner, especially on the smaller fry pans. One caveat: these hot handle holders do transfer some heat during prolonged cook times, but it did not result in any discomfort or cause me to release the handle because of excessive heat. Good product so far.
