Universal Air Conditioner KT 4025 A/C Compressor and Component Kit

It went on a 2003 Chrysler Town and Country Limited, 3.8 l. engine Parts were exact as what was originally there. There was not a new condenser included in the kit.

Order received quickly. Well packaged. Perfect replacement and already installed. Product is quality.Product descriptions on amazon should be more specific as they list three different kits but don’t explain differences. I picked the middle kit and it worked . How much oil should be used is not given. Just been a few days but all is good so far

Bolted up just fine. Everything fits but just look out when installing. Check that the bolts for the line match your old compressor. There is an extra hole for the low port that can be switched. Its easier to do BEFORE you bolt it to the block.

This is a well made compressor! The kit with the dryer, expansion valve, O-Rings and oil is everything you need when replacing the compressor. It’s been working great through one of the hottest summers we’ve had in quite a while and still blows ice cold! This is a good brand made in USA with a good warranty.

I was excited to purchase this item for about $100 dollars cheaper than I could get in a nearby store. Thanks

Been about a week since install and so far so good. Ad said it was an exact fit for 2095 Town and Country...drier and compressor fit fine. The expansion valve was not the same? So I didn't replace it. Compressor sticker said it had 8 ounces but was actually 4 maybe 5. Drain it and refilled with oil provided so no harm there. Great price!

The media could not be loaded.  I left 1 star for this compressor kit because it was a good deal but the compressor ceased after 4 months of use. Bought in November, installed in February 2018. Waited to install because I decided to replace the condenser as well.It was working great until yesterday. Turn it on and it stops the engine or smokes the clutch. I bought this kit because it was a new compressor not a rebuilt just to prevent this kind of situation. I was hoping to get a few years out of it not a few months. It’s summer in Hawaii and it will only get hotter in no time.This was my third A/C install. The other two is still working. This must be a manufacture defect. I plan to remove it and inspect it.We will find out what happened. Will report later.Thanks for reading my post.Update! 6/30/18There was a major parts failure internally. A washer that held the bearings at the rear broke apart and siezed the pistons. I found the broken parts jammed in the moving parts.I emailed UAC to find out what can they do for my situation. I will report back later. Attached is a video of my findings.
