Here are the positive points: Installation is relatively straight forward (for crawling around under a sink). The quick connects for the plumbing are quite easy to use and sealed up tightly. Once it was working, the faucet is great - one wave by the sensor turns the faucet on/off. It shuts off after about 2 minutes so you can't leave it on forever (that is a little inconvenient when washing up dishes after a large meal). You notice that the installation is 180 degrees off of the recommended installation, with the sensor on the right and the handle on the left. My spouse was very insistent that we find a faucet that worked with her right/left preferences. We just installed it turned around. I'm not sure you could do that with a backsplash that was close to the faucet, as now the handle goes down away from the sink.The only downside: It didn't work when we finished installation. The unit is electronically controlled (even with the handle), and we couldn't get any water to come out. The instructions were not very helpful, so after 20 minutes, we completely unplugged all the control and power cables, removed the batteries, waited 10 minutes or so, then re-installed them and it worked. Why it didn't work the first two times we did this, I have no idea.As a side note, all of the faucets in our home are Moen and their service and warranty support are great. Any leaks, or failures are addressed quickly and easily via email. Replacement parts arrive in about a week. But, you have to do the installation/repair.

This faucet rocks. Easy to install, clear instructions, and it operates like a champ. This is the 3rd one I've bought for various properties and it is excellent. The sensor works beautifully and you'll be hooked on the hands-free operation in no time. It's surprising how much you use a faucet when you have meat juice, dirt, grime or other yuckiness on your hands and you just have to wave at this one, and the water turns on and off. Great buy.

I love my new upgrade! We upgraded from the basic builders grade and it’s been great so far. The color goes great with the stainless steel sink we already had. The pull down sprayer is nice to have and it pulls back up great after use. Overall it’s great quality for the price and speaking of price it was cheaper than buying it at one of the big home stores too.

Moen faucets have a life time warranty which I love. This faucet was in a friend’s house and I liked the look but love this about it is that it has a button you press and hold to stop the water from streaming or spraying if you need it. This is unique and at times I need that instead of turning the water completely off.

For something I use countless times a day, I wanted something that works, THIS DID THE JOB.The spring is FLEXIBLE and the quality is good so far. My Last faucet by KRAUSE sucked, it broke after 3 years. I Moen'd a sigh a relief when I bough this.

This faucet has a great high quality feel. It was easy to install. It has had no issues in a year. Love it

I have issue with the soap dispenser nothing that will break the unit other wise it works good. make sure no soap on the part that sits on the top it will slip and start getting the pump stuck in a down position
