I've followed the reviews and the industry research to limit sources to Spain, Italy, Portugal and Tunisia. Find a brand, order it once or twice, then watch it go out of stock for months. This one is delicious like the others from those waters. Don't fall for one of the big global or American brands that says the fish is from the Med. It may be, but how old is it, and how and where was it processed? What kind of tuna is it? Even this tuna is a guilty pleasure til it has to stop. But oh I never knew canned tuna could be so good.
