I bought this for my dad to put in his RV about three years ago and he says it is still blowing strong. No complaints whatsoever.

My central air went out and I couldn’t afford a new one.This unit cools really well and has been a life saver during this heat wave!

This a/c works well. I bought it because it fit in my wall and I am happy with it.

This air conditioner rocks! Not too noisy and got the job done! Yes it is for Baja when the days get way too hot!

This is a piece of garbage! We barely used it as we bought it at the end of last summer, but when we went to use it last week it turns on and appears to be fine but doesn't actually blow cool air. Looked at all kinds of troubleshooting things and YES we thoroughly cleaned the filter etc before putting it in window. Return window for Amazon is of course over and now I'm stuck dealing with Black & Decker directly and SURPRISE, no one is getting back to us. About to have severely hot weekend and I'm stuck having to buy a replacement which, considering I paid $400 and used it less than a month, really really sucks.

This AC rocks! My house is so nice and cool. (I HATE the heat, and I am a heat furnace.) My 10-year-old air conditioner was on its way out, and I had this unit on my Amazon wish list for the last year. I hope Black and Decker keeps making ACs, because this is now my new brand.Blahhhh#$*!!! A year and one month later (out of warranty of course) and it's dying. Arghhh!!!

Bought this window unit to cool a utility shed. Works perfect and cycles better than the old one I had of a different brand. I would recommend to anyone who is in the market for an ac.Update::After 1 year unit is not cooling anymore. Not very happy at this point. Over $400 and it only lasted for a summer and a half.
