This book was extremely detailed and very easy to understand. It was especially good regarding the financial side of building a home. I would highly recommend reading this before jumping into such a major project.

I am in the very beginning/planning stages of building a house so once this book arrived I immediatelyflipped through the different chapters. I found better information off Pinterest with just a few short searches. This book could be considered an introduction to the home building process rather than a actual step by step guide to follow. I returned it and will be looking for something better.

This book is so basic and gives a lot of useless redundant information. If I could give it 0 stars I would.
