I love this product. I’ve had knee issues for years. It took me away from running but I finally decided to run my first marathon. After ordering multiple, multiple products for knee support there was nothing that provided the support AND feel comfortable for those long runs. I ordered the KT tape and used it on both knees during my long runs. This product helped me run mile after mile with no pain or discomfort to my knees. My knees felt supported at all time and it lasted through 26.2 miles of running with no issues. It fits better than other products that are bulky or rub against your other leg. One of the KT strips has a rubber bar imbedded that provides maximum support. The only negative for me was taking the tape off. It does stick very very well and it pulls on the skin as you take it off, but the tape is designed to really provide support.

Great product, I was first introduced following a saver shoulder injury by physical therapy center I was using. Following my recent knee injury I've found that it works as well with various body applications. Clear and helpful application instructions included as well as online visuals. Helps with pain relief by stablelising joints. Holds up well during activities and sweat. For the knee I found using a soft elastic knee brace prevents Jeans raking against the edges, eventually pulling the strips loose.

Works well for my anterior partial meniscus tear. However, doesn't stay on long.

I love this product at first I wasn’t sure because it was literally falling off my leg but while it was on, it felt wonderful and then I figured it out and I’ve seen other people where the tape is not sticking well well there’s an answer to that I still had some spray bottles of rubbing alcohol And I remember some thing from years back when I had knee surgery and that was an order to stick certain things back on that would peel off. I was told to give it a spritz of the rubbing alcohol, but it has to be in a spritz, not just rub it on there , and it worked like a charm in fact it stuck longer

I bought these KT strips solely because of the reinforcement for the knee. I already have tape and this looked to offer something different and since I was having problems with my left knee, I risked it. Well, of the 8, one was missing. Of the seven only 3 had the actual reinforcement. The others had an empty pocket down the middle that I did not notice was empty until one of them came apart when I took it off. Then, I looked at all the others I used. All four had nothing in that vertical pocket. No reinforcement. The 3 I have not used do. This is a serious quality control issue. Amazon is going to send me a replacement, but I wonder if this happened once, what quality control issues will show up in the second box. We'll see. I also find the tape itchy on the thigh unlike the other strips. I'll use what I have and whatever Amazon sends, but I doubt I would buy this again.

I have used this product now for several months, off and on. The first box I got at a box store retailer who no longer carries it. I had great success with this product! 5 stars!! It supported my knee through all of my figure skating moves and helped reduced my pain. It stuck well to my leg and I was getting 5-6 days out of each strip. BUT…when I ordered it again (twice now) each time the strip barely lasted a day with the plastic support piece popping out and the upper tape layer coming off. 1-2 stars! I thought maybe it was a defective box, but my second box was the same way. I am so disappointed! KT was on to a great product, but now it barely performs. I will be looking elsewhere for other support products.

My knee really hurt and I needed support. I looked for a knee brace, but the difference in circumference between my thigh and my calf was so great (2 size difference) that the knee braces and sleeves were not an option for me. I was warned that they would either fall off (because the bottom had no grip), be too small (on top), or provide no real support. I tried wrapping with ACE bandages and that kept slipping off within an hour. Finally a runner friend of mine suggested tape. I read all the reviews for these strips and took all the precautions for preparing my skin. I showered, shaved my legs, and then cleaned the area to be taped with alcohol. I then watched the video twice and applied the tape according to the video instructions (there's instructions in the box, but I like to watch folks do it). Anyway, the support was immediate and surprisingly strong! The box says they stay on 1-3 days. After 3 days, one inside strip started to come off, and the other one started coming off the next day. I used the shower to help me peel the rest off my legs. I don't know if the outside strips with the braces were ever going to come off! Today is day 6 and I'm going to my chiropractor, so I used the hand shower to shoot water under the tape as I gently loosened them up and peeled them off (pain free this way). They were not showing any signs of voluntary release! I bought a role of KT original cotton tape as well. I put this tape on to replace the inside strips that had come off. The tape provided good support, but only lasted for one day. Afterwards, I realized I didn't prep the skin in the same as I did with these strips. I hadn't shaved the places where this tape peeled up, and I had moisturized my legs. So, next time I use the regular tape, I'll prep the skin properly and see what happens. Bottom line, I was barely walking and these strips gave me enough support to do the hills and stairs of SF, lots of standing and walking as well as boot camp class (modified exercises of course). Now, I still hurt, but there was so much relief, I've been able to work and exercise till my doctor's appointment!

These strips are strong and versatile, suitable for use on various parts of the body. They last a long time, are water-repellent, and don’t come off easily - even after shower.
