Can't confirm effectiveness but there is a feel-good factor afterwards despite the initial strange taste.

Serves the purpose moderately. Got for second time. Bit costly. Not able to find a good oil pulling stuff in the market. So settled for this.

Absolutely horrible. Don't waste your money
Go for Vedshakti, this is triggers a gag reflex. It smells stale and tastes like oil, don't go for it.

Taste is pungent
This is not very greatI think plain cold pressed coconut oil is best for oil pulling purposesThis one has clove etc but the overall taste and flavour is bad. Smells rancid
