The product is of higher quality than I was expecting. Assembly was easy. The wheelchair is adjustable for length and height. The harnesses are adjustable in many ways to fit a variety of dogs. The manual needs work though. I ran into trouble regarding which way to install both the front harness and the sport harness. Nowhere in the manual does it say the red strap goes on the bottom side of the front harness. Nowhere does it say which way to orient the sport harness. I had to infer this from photos elsewhere in the manual. However, my 14-year-old Lab who can barely stand up on his own, is able to move about the yard with ease now. He is really funny, he tries to get away, so I won't put him in the wheelchair, but he is happy when he is in it. I did run into a little difficulty adjusting the wheelchair to fit my dog. He is tall for a lab and is at or a little above the upper limit of the large size wheelchair. But he is also very thin (frail) and I have the harnesses adjusted as small as they will go and wish they would go smaller. I fixed the height issue by finding some larger 20" wheels on Amazon and using those in place of the 14" wheels that came with the device. The original wheels fit a 1/2" axel but my new wheels are for a 5/8" axel. This was easily delt with by cutting a short piece of 1/2" CPVC tubing to use as an adaptor/bushing. This wheelchair is a life saver, as we were close to euthanizing our dog. I didn't want to euthanize him yet because he is still so motivated. He would drag himself all around the yard in an effort to keep up with our 13 year old Samoyed to bark at squirrels and such. Now he gets around with ease and never tips over. Now that he is using his legs more again he seems to be doing better even when not in his wheel chair. I wish I had purchased this for my dog a year ago before he deteriorated as much as he has. Yes, I would buy this product again, and yes, I recommend this product for anyone who has a dog with back leg/hip issues.
