Lightweight glossy beads, good for daily use
This is a light weight mala which is why this is good for people who do 10-11 mala per day. The beads are gloss finished wood material and 6-7mm in size. However, not sure if the wood is genuine Neem wood as mentioned in description. (I have tasted one of the beads from extra mala and wood is not bitter. ) Cons: 1. There was no Sumeru (109th) bead. Actually there should be 108 common bead and 1 sumeru bead in proper mala but it has only 107+1 beads. 2. The thread used is very poor quality. 3. At least 3-10 beads are damaged or irregular in shape. For a professional person My advise would be order two pieces and build it.

Could have been better if there is good quality control
I bought two of these.. overall they are fine and does it's purpose. One of it has 108+1 beeds and other just 108. They don't seem to be "polished" neem beads. Some beads are deformed and there are big uncomfortable knots of thread here and there. But as a counter it does it's work.. but I am not totally satisfied.
