PlayStation 3 500 GB Super Slim System (Renewed)

I was a bit worried about buying a used console because I usually buy them new, so I made sure to order one that was listed in Excellent condition and from a seller with good reviews. It got to me faster than the expected delivery time, and when I opened it up it was such a relief! It looks like new, and so does the controller. I got it hooked up right away and have been playing it for almost 2 weeks, and it works perfectly. If I didn’t know it was renewed I would never have guessed. So happy to have this system so I can play all my favorite classic games! Very happy with the experience, great seller!

Works to play games, shuts off during play. Was in another country so wouldn't change regions or play dvds. I factory reset it but it still wouldn't work. Would not recommend this again.

This was one gaming system my grandson did not have. The system was deliberately fast and came just as described. Everything works and my grandson was thrilled.

Wanted to pick this console up due to the fond memories i had of it years ago and i was pleasantly surprised at how quickly it delievered and for the console having been in pretty good shape alongnside getting a free game out of it. The only downside about this console is that its a japanese ps3 meaning the button layout isnt the typical layout from american ps3's which is pretty annoying and from what ive seen online, the only workaround to fixing this is to jailbreak the console for some reason which im not a fan of doing. Other than that, i had no issues with it. Worked fine, booted fine, and controller works. Time to relive the glory days :D

The PS3 came in quickly. It’s missing two rubber feet on the bottom but that’s no big issue to me. Besides that there’s nothing wrong with my PS3. It was a bit dusty but hey it’s old technology. I just took some isopropyl alcohol and a microfiber cloth and wiped it down good as new. I’m very happy with my PS3. The controller that came with my system was a generic one but it was brand new. I am happy with my purchase. 5 stars!

took a couple days and now i have tried to play a couple games , i know the ps3 has been around but i like playing this console i have a lot of games for this system , but the system will shut off the signal seems like about 10 minutes in i get a black screen and a no signal or not supported on tv are they any way to return this for another unit , the ad said refurbished , it was clean but has this issue ,i hooked it up 2/20/25 started one game , and put in another one today 2/21/25 , renewed was the word

The media could not be loaded. The PS3 works. That’s the best part. Overall, I can’t tell that it’s an actual “refurbished” unit. The exterior is dirty and scuffed up, the buttons are worn, the slide for the disc removal has to manually be opened, the power receptacle is broken, and the controller is not a Sony controller, but a knock off one. Really, I could have paid about half as much for a used one in better shape. 2 stars because it works and my family and I can at least enjoy that. I wasn’t expecting brand new, but I was at least expecting a decently refurbished unit.

The seller packaged this really well each individual piece was wrapped in bubble wrap. It came in great condition definitely a favorite in the household. I usually don't like buying used electronics online so this was a first but it was a great experience. Everything worked amazing. Very much worth it.
