The original units which came installed in the machine were made in Brazil and these replacements are made here in India. Very decent quality and it fixed the vibration issue and the Drum hitting the body frame during the spin cycle. It's done a fine job. Easy to install, a bit of a workout though. The units are secured with a no. 13 hex bolt with the frame and a no. 10 hex bolt with the drum assembly, on either side of the lower part of the drum. Good experience for me, as I like taking up these DIY projects. Overall, I definitely will recommend these as a replacement for the current worn out units. The total length (closed) is 18 inch, bolt to bolt. Make sure the size is matched prior to order.

Correctly suited and working fine

Its perfectly fit in my LG front load washing machine and the jerks of the drum had reduced to zero , nice product...Good quality suspension...

Fits perfectly to my ifb front load washing machine. I did it myself. You just need to remove back and lower panel of the machine. Just need little bit of muscle power ha ha. Ifb will ask for 5k just to change these two dampers.UpdateThese dampers didn't even last 6 month. So please avoid this brand.
