what are the 3 modes. does the back light blink at all?

The headlight will: Stay on continuously, flash like a strobe light, or "flutter" on and off (blink 3-4 times - more rapidly than the 2nd setting, stay off, blink 3-4 times, stay off). The back light will: Stay on continuously, flash like a strobe light, or flash each of its 3 LEDs one at a time (slower than the 2nd setting).Personally, I use the headlight in the ON setting to see where I'm going at night, in the strobe setting when the sun is coming up and I can see, but still dark to where I want to make sure cars can see me, and the "flutter" setting when I'm pretty sure I'm visible, but want to be sure without annoyingly blinding people (yes, it is bright enough to where I worry about that sometimes). As for the tail light, it's bright enough to where I know people can see it. However, I only use the strobe setting. I don't trust the constant ON setting (for any tail light), and the 3rd setting (whee it flashes one LED at a time) seems pointless and may be hard to see.Hope this helps!

Does this include the batteries?

No, batteries were not included.

Can this light work on the Schwin 26 inch tricycle?

No..it only works on 27 inch tricycles

Can the tail light be clipped on a belt or bag?

yes, it can. one of the adapters that comes with it is a clip adapter.

BV Super Bright USB Rechargeable Bike Light Set, Headlight with Free Taillight, Three Light Modes, Water Resistant IP44 - Fits All Bicycles with Two Mounting Options : desertcart.in: Sports, Fitness & Outdoors Review: Buen kit - Buen kit para ir a trabajar y que te vean y ver tú. La batería dura bastante pero esperaba durara un poco más. La luz delantera no ciega a la gente pero alumbra bastante bien. La trasera se ve muy bien de lejos. Review: Top Value - Superb lighting set, very bright and the rechargeable batteries last a long time. I've actually order two more of these so that I can have two of the rear lights on my road bike. Be warned that the belt clip for the rear light isn't very secure as I lost my rear one over bumpy surfaces when it was clipped to my topeak pannier. Other than that I highly recommend these - brilliant!
