I have tried so many different products to gain regularity and all stop working after a while I've been using using Ultra Lax for about 4 years now and it never fails Important to follow the directions to work properly. To " get you going" you may have to start with the 1-2 capsules once or twice a day, but a few days later, I was able to take one in the morning, and just wait 20 before eating and it "worked like a charm". I will stick to this product for sure!

I took one of these after I ate some McDonald's French fries and let me tell you, about 15 min later I s*** mashed potatoes right on to the cushion of my couch, its not uncommon for people to s*** fully intact spaghetti O's or cat food.
