Dock combined with speaker and mic is an excellent product. 1. This product has great noice cancellation with respect to Audio. 2. All interfaces provided by this dock are very stable and quite useful. Great performance. 3. I can switch the dock to connect to my mobile and every peripheral starts working seamlessly with my mobile. 4. I was using headphones heavily and post this device it is of great relief to my ears. Value for money, clarity, Portable and less space occupancy.

This is a plug and play peripheral device. I was able to use it with my office laptop without needing to install software that would require admin rights. It is compact and unobtrusive, loud, and folks at the other end of the line are able to hear me very clearly. The controls on the device work like a charm. I recommend it to anyone looking to buy a good home office speakerphone.

Worth a product to use. Feels like you are in office (cosy, silent) meeting room while using this product at home. If you have saintgobain window glasses in your room, for sure you will become die hard fan of this product. Dell is dell which attracts interest to buy. Also people with hearing problem like I have in both ears and have to wear ear machines , using this is worth , worth and worth. Thank you Dell for manufacturing such product for us.

Goods - 1. Nice multi functional speaker. 2. Sound is good. 3. You can connect your monitor and laptop using HDMI and Type C port. 4. Decent Noise Cancellation Bads - 1. Just one, the product description says that some features work with WebEx. However, mute button does not. Even worse, Webex hangs if you press mute accidentally. Returning for this reasons. The product description should clearly mention that it does not work with WebEx.

not value for money

Works as advertised. My only issue is with the build quality, the paint chips off and is very delicate.. and after a year and a half, the USB C plug started to overheat just a few seconds after plugging it in, finally the device stopped working. I would not buy it again nor would I recommend this product. I don’t think it was worth the money.

Good for Work from Home. Sound Quality is good and Mic is also capturing your voice clearly. As this is also have an adapter, multiple USB and C type connection makes it worth buying it. Only cons about this product is Bluetooth connectivity is missing.

Not loud enough for me to sit in normal position and clearly hear what people are saying. Mic is not picking up sound even from 1-2 feet, need to crouch and speak into the mike like you speak to Nandi in temple. No Bluetooth connectivity and usb-c that is attached is too small so it cannot come to me so I go to it, All in all good product if you want a meeting speaker that has all the confidentiality of an headphone go for it!

This thing works great with Teams. Able to control Volume, has USB type A ports and 1 single HDMI port. Also came with a GREAT little case (And i love my cases for my gadgets!) Dell came through on this product!

Collegato a XPS 13 9310, funziona egregiamente, suono limpido, connessioni ad altri apparati (monitor HDMI, periferiche USB) perfette. A volergli trovare un difetto, una porta ethernet sarebbe stata utile, considerando che i laptop di nuova generazione ormai non le hanno più.

surface gives a fabric feeling, looking online gives a metallic feeling, could have been better if it had a metallic finish on the top for cleaning etc. Decent product though

I don’t normally leave reviews but for this I am. Thoroughly impressed. I bought this for both home and work video-conferencing. It may sound OTT but has transformed my life. I have been a remote worker for years and had worked out long ago that good conference call experience required good headphones and mic and required careful use of the mute button to mask keyboard tapping and to avoid background noises affecting other people ( things such as running water for example are a nightmare). Now, everything has changed. For work use I can comfortably leave the speakerphone un- muted whilst I type away on my calls- everybody has commented how much better my audio is. It also means that I just tap the speakerphone when I need to and no longer suffer any muting mishaps ( such as ending calls or getting my mute status wrong...) For home use, whole family video conferences are transformed. When using a big screen with an external webcam, I use the speakerphone for mic and audio and the conversations can be heard in the whole living room and everyone can be heard at the other end. Thoroughly recommended! Also came much quicker than advertised!!!
