What are the overall outside dimensions of this drawer?

The mounting chassis outside dimensions are 19 1/32" wide x 17" deep from back to front edge of the frame to the chassis edge that aligns with the table top. The padded wrist-rest on the draw sticks out 3/4" more from the front of the chasis, and if mounted correctly, in front of the table top.

Are you able to use a laptop from inside the drawer? I have been trying to find something I can work from ( like a keyboard shelf)

Yes, but the drawer is rather deep. I put a book int eh bottom of the drawer and it works fine. The wrist rest is padded and adequate as well. It has worked well for several years now.

Se puede pedir con llave maestra para abrir varios?

Los cajones tienen las mismas llaves, por lo que funcionarán en varios cajones.

How much weight can this support comfortably. Can it support 15 lbs easily and stable and no shaking?

If mounted properly, 15 lbs should not be an issue. Just be mindful of the allowed dimension as this unit is designed to hold a laptop in the closed position.
