Great machine, was missing some pieces
I bought the machine head as a backup for my current industrial machine since I have to have it serviced from time to time and need to have an extra one while I'm waiting to get the other one service. While everything was as expected, there were two main pieces that were missing and I had to go and get them from a sewing repair shop. The large main screw for the knob was missing, so you can't even test the machine without this essential piece, as well as the little tension rod piece that goes on the top of the machine. Everything else was as expected. Shipping time was great.
