I don’t remember the ingredients but it wasn’t effective

GABA is also what some body builders take to help them put on weight. It caused me to gain weight. That's why I highly suggest you check out another sleep aid that DOES NOT contain GABA.

I take 1 pill 1h before you start feeling the effect but remember you take the pill and you must stay chill you will have a deep sleep for sure. Trust it.
