Can you confirm this is a quick connect/disconnect stick?

This cue is not a quick release. Quick release comes apart after 1/2 to 1 full turn. This is a screw in.

Mine arrived without a cue tip. Can you recommend a suitable cue tip for me to purchase?

Please send it back… mine arrived without a tip and warped one month later

Is this low deflection?

Yes. I love mine, would definitely recommend.
