If you're looking for an affordable, reliable, and practical wired mouse with a modern USB Type-C connection, the Perixx PERIMICE-209C USB Type C Wired Optical Mouse delivers. As someone who spends a lot of time working at my computer, comfort, performance, and durability are key factors in my choice of peripherals, and this mouse checks many of those boxes.

Randomly bought it 2 yrs ago and I still have it
A couple years later, it still works perfectly. I bought this for my Macbook, and it works decently considering the price. The size is perfect for me, but I do have small hands. The clicking is a little loud tho.

Exactly what I needed.
The USB-A mouse I was using for my mac continued to cause me issues (random click and scrolling issues). i preferred wired things when and where I can get them so I bought this mouse and haven't looked back. I have been using it a lot since I bought it and it's holding up with no issues what so ever (it did fix all my random issues). The size works well for me, albeit it's a little on the small size for my hand (being a man my hands are a little bigger). So glad I bought this, great value for the money.

New Mouse Life for Old Desktop
Background: I have a refurb Dell Desktop and I used a USB Wifi adapter. I just switched to a travel router and hardwire LAN. My old setup worked but the mouse (Dell wired USB optical) was glitchy at times. I finally had enough and switched to a PS/2 mouse. The ancient, OEM mouse was mechanical, though. The scroll wheel was loud and had a heavy tactile feedback. And mechanical mouses tend to gum up. I wanted a cheap PS/2 optical mouse with at least 600 dpi. I've had s Perixx BlueTooth mouse before that I still have and like. And the price was right. I'm using the Perixx now and I love it!

Simple, comfortable, functional
I needed this because my laptop has a limited number of the bigger USB connections, but a single USB-C that normally goes unused. So I got this and it works great. It's not super heavy and the roller button feels a bit weird, but the clicks and movement are average for an LED mouse. The wire is decently long, as well. Overall a decent pick and great for the price range. Just remember the end connection is USB-C only. When I need to use it on a USB-A (the bigger, rectangular connector) just remember you'll need a small adapter, which I use occasionally and Amazon also sells.
