Anyone having issues with the S21 bluetooth?

Yes, I sometime I have problem with my Bluetooth sometime it will not connect.

Will it still have the water resistance/ waterproofing?

Be aware of the difference between waterproof and water resistant. If you don't need to submerge it, then don't. It will be resistant to splashes and rain and probably a fall in the toilet or the pool. I wouldn't rely on to take underwater photos if that's what you mean.

Does it work with a wireless charger?

Yes. It works very well and fast charging.

What components have been replaced in the refurbished phones

I don't know what components were replaced. The phone looked like new when I got it.
