feel much better after taking them
I have many health problem, always tired, muscle hurt, and stress from kids all day. Doctor say maybe low magnesium. I try this one from NOW and it help me a lot. I take 2 capsule every night and I sleep better, no cramp in legs, feel more calm.It easy to swallow and no bad taste. My stomach is sensitive but this one not hurt me.
