DIRECTIONS: - The LED come by themselves and NO BALLOON. You must purchase your own balloons. You can put these LED lights into any balloon colour of your choice to have them light up! - Before inflating the balloon you must turn the LED on (tab on side) and then insert into the balloon. - The LED light lasts for 8 hours+ (will get dimmer past 8 hours) - Then you can fill the balloons with either air or helium depending on how you want to use them. - The balloon lasts as long as any latex balloon would but it also depends on the weather. - Balloon ribbons are recommended. ****This listing is for individual LED lights they do not come with the balloon**** ***This allows you to put them in any colour/type of balloon that you like****
