Pathetic printer. The print resolution is so bad making the label difficult to even read! Do not buy this!!

Works as per Expectations
Easy to use and install. Prints faster. Faced issues in detection to my desktop due to non availability of driver but was sorted out after contacting helpline. Kindly mention on product packaging to contact helpline for driver if not available on website

Its a multi purpose
Easy to use and multi purpose, I see that You also use Thermal roll and use in billing applications also, print quality is good , only one thing is that you cannot connect multiple devices via Bluetooth. If its possible, its really helpful for store operations.

Excellent label printer
This is a excellent product, prints labels perfectly. We are using to print price tags for the apparel in our clothing store. We can give multiple prints at a time. Very easy to use.

No free labels available as mentioned in the caption!
I’m disappointed because the product heading stated that it comes with 250 free labels, but there were no labels inside. I’m unable to test the device for printing as there is no label roll inside. I will be able to test and find out if it is working once I have the label roll delivered which I had to separately order now! Not sure if I can return the product by then incase it doesn’t work properly:(
