can you use bingo dauber ink markers on these cards instead of chips?

The white board is made of plastic and has indentations for the bingo balls. Ink markers may or may not work.

The latch to the door on the cage that holds the balls inside is missing. How do we get that part without returning the whole set?

How do you open the latch on the cage? Mine won't budge, and there were zero instructions included.

It should pull open at that clasp that sticks up on the lid. If it is not opening, then maybe it is bent? If you would like to return it for a refund or a replacement, please do not hesitate to do so.
