I chose this piece because it measures a little taller than most other monitor stands, so that a 15" laptop can be open on the desk in front of the stand without its screen blocking the bottom the larger screen on the stand. The piece is very strong and sturdy, and the assembly Instructions were fairly easy to follow. The downside: the two square pieces that connect with wooden dowels to make the top surface of the stand (secured underneath with a heavy-duty metal brace) do not meet snugly on one of the two sides, leaving a small gap of a few millimeters in the center. With that side facing the wall behind the desk and the base of the monitor mostly covering it, you could only see the gap if you were looking for it.

It was fun to put together. Very easy to do. My DVD fits perfectly. And supports quit a bit of weight for the si,e and design. The reinforcement brackets are a great idea as well. Nicely made product indeed.

Works perfectly for what I wanted. It’s supports my 24 inch monitor and provides extra room to organize my desk. It was super easy to put together it took me less than 10 minutes!

Be sure the measurements fit your requirements. This did. Easy assembly, the "cover" stickers do not really match the grain of the wood, but seriously, for the price, it does what it needs to, and I was able to organize my desk and get stuff out of the way but easily accessible. I am NOT disappointed, happy with this purchase. No issues with stability, lightweight, fits as advertised.

I have a white wooden desk with shelves so this wooden monitor stand looks amazing on my desk. Importantly, my monitor is now at a great height for me when I am working or studying. I'm no longer hunched over, trying to look at the screen. It was easy to put together, it's sturdy and I love the shelf for extra storage. My screen is 27inches and the stand holds the weight easily. Great value for a great price.
