Great flour for artisinal breads

This is my go-to flour for baking artisinal breads. It has a high protein content which makes it ideal for such breads. When done properly this flour gives great oven spring (see picture of the bread that I baked)

Only the flour was delivered and the culture went missing. When I tried returning it, it said it's a non-returnable item. Can this be rectified? Or at least, send a pack of the culture?
