Easy to fit and works well
Hi, easily and quickly fitted on to the sides of the toilet. It stays in position can be removed quickly if required. It is very comfortable and everyone can still use the toilet with it in position. Easy to clean.

Impossible to secure the 2 inch seat.
I bought the 2 inch Aidapt seat following surgery. I previously had a 4 inch Aidapt seat which was substantial and stayed fixed to the toilet bowel but was slightly too high.The 2 inch seat arrived unboxed but looked the same as the 4 inch. However, when fitting, the holding brackets bend & if fully tightened the seat pops off the bowl. If not fully tightened it moves & can fall off, potentially catastrophic after surgery.I thought I would swap the brackets but those on the 2 inch seat are smaller than the 4 inch so this is not possible.I attempted to call the help line - no answer. Overall it is flimsier than the 4 inch (in particular the holding brackets), will not stay fixed to the bowl & is not fit for purpose - and to add insult to injury there is a return charge to send back the potentially dangerous product.

No down side to this. It is perfect for anyones needs. Easy to fit as is adustable to fit most size toilets. Very strong clips and good height.

Would not grip the toilet securely
I could not get the seat side fastenings to grip due to there being insufficient thickness in the grippers, and the seat kept sliding forwards whilst in use. Tightening the wheels ended up in breakage, so it ended up in being discarded. Overall quality of the seat is good, it's just the gripper pads let it down

Sit up.
The seat came in good time and at a reasonable price. Cheaper than a local store.Easy to fit. Comfortable and exactly the right height required.It is wipe clean and easy to remove for further cleaning.Only in use for a few weeks, so hope it lasts, time will tell.
