I love using this product to prevent hangovers and pain in general. I take it with turmeric and I swear it helps lower inflammation on my joints.

This is my first time to use this product and company. The item arrived on time, and I am using this product at night. I have only used it for a couple of days. So far so good.

I have moderate to severe osteoarthritis in my back and all joints. The pain had gotten so bad that twice daily 500 mg prescription naproxen backed up with the 8 hour time-release acetaminophen wasn't knocking it down more than 50%. I was in pain while sitting, standing, walking, even when trying to sleep. I can't have the cox-2 inhibitors like Celbrex and I don't want narcotics. My doc recommended tart cherry juice and that was a great help, but it aggravates the reflux and heartburn that goes along with having a hiatal hernia. It also wears off before the next dose, and it's not convenient when away from home. Then I discovered these 1200mg capsules and started taking one twice a day with a meal. What a difference! I'm not going to run any marathons, but I can sleep or sit comfortably and get up and do something around the house. Yes I still take my other medications as well, but I feel I am getting at least 70-75% pain relief now, and that is comparable to when I was on Celebrex. I have not even gotten through the first month of supplementation and already I am feeling a lot more chipper and slowly increasing my activity. From my experience this works amazingly well, and I have been recommending it to others. Just make sure you take it with food to avoid the reflux issues.

I was reluctant to write this review because so many others had success. For me, the difference in results between drinking tart cherry juice and taking these capsules couldn't be greater. I had tried taking these as maintenance to prevent or slow a flare-up. That didn't work. So I drank some juice (about 8 oz, twice a day) and my gout (toe) was knocked down by 3/4 in less than a day. I really wanted to like these, so I'll just say that your mileage may vary. At the price of these small, convenient capsules, I still say, "Try it, it might work better for you than for me!"

I've been taking it for over three weeks and already feel a lot less joint pain. I've been taking three instead of the two recommended dosage though.
