Does this have a buckle or Velcro? The picture doesn't match others' pics

It’s definitely Velcro.... which I guess is all the MyBrestfriend provides.

I bought this item 7 years ago for my niece that was having a baby. She now lives in NC and I live in TX. As far as I can remember it had a Velcro closure. A suggestion... why don’t you Google it and get the product details. I am sure you will find the answer there.
