Kirby Manga Mania, Vol. 3 (Volume 3) Paperback – 17 Mar. 2022

My kids LOVE Kirby. They’re aged 11, 9 & 9 (g,g,b).Eldest (11, girl) read it over a couple of nights. She hates reading, so anything like this helps to install some reading in her. My 9 year old boy reads none stop, so he flew through this in less than 2 hours, and loved it. My 9 year old daughter is a confident reader but she struggled with the manga structure, (back page, top right frame start). We googled manga structures together, she said she understood but still struggled for a few pages.What I’m saying is, my 3 kids are a mixture of lazy and nerds. They all loved these Kirby manga books. It’s a shame there isn’t a colour option. But they still love them. Maybe they’ll colour them it.Shame vol 2 is OOS on Amazon. I had to get it elsewhere.

Love the Kirby collection. But it's easy to read so it doesn't take long to finish the whole book.The images are lovely throughout the book and it's a fun read. I think it's mostly aimed at younger children. But I myself enjoy manga. I love the Kirby video games as well.Highly recommended if you're a Kirby fan. Just be aware that the books seem short and sweet and that you have a long wait in between the books being published and available to purchase.
