CIGMAN Laser Level Self Leveling 3x360° for Picture Hanging & Construction

I bought this as a gift for my dad since he needed a level for his projects around the house. It came nicely and securely packed. Inside the box was a good-quality carrying case, the device itself, a remote, and a few other accessories. Everything fits neatly in the well-padded case, making it super convenient to store and transport. After a short charge with the included USB-C cable, it was ready to go. It provides a bright 3D level that’s easy to see, even in daylight. My dad isn’t a professional construction worker and felt it was a bit overkill for his home projects, so I ended up returning it. But for anyone who needs a precise, professional-grade laser level, this one is excellent and well worth the price.

This thing is awesome! Very easy to use/setup. I recently used this to install a power rack on my basement wall and it made installation very easy. I did not buy the mount to go with it and wish I would have. Will be buying that separately as it will come in handy for precise level adjustment.

I had read other reviews saying the same, but this thing is really not great in daylight. Other than that it works just fine and as expected. I bought an Amazon branded tripod and mounted it on that for a couple of jobs around the house, taped off a few windows for better visibility and will have it again if I need it. I was hoping I would be able to use it outside for a small project, but realisticly, unless you are waiting for night, that is not going to happen. Good laser for the money, just realize what you are getting and you won't be disappointed.

I wanted to be sure to leave a review sharing my experience with choosing the CIGMAN laser level - best decision! I tend to go with brands I grew up with so was comparing DeWalt, Johnson, craftsman, etc. but after reading the reviews and noticing the incredible price (with instant coupon even) I decided on this 3x360 from CIGMAN and VERY glad I did! I received the laser level with same day delivery(Thanks Amazon Prime!) and was excited to test it out right away and check accuracy against a shop I am building. Was awesome to see the bright green line run the full length of all shop walls - almost 40 feet(12 meters for the rest of the world reading this). Good and bad I learned that I sloped my grade too much and was off so after verifying the old way I was able to fix. Whew!! Regarding the service, while adjusting the height a couple days ago, I must have unscrewed a micro-adjuster too much and it fell over and dropped - cracking one of the viewing windows. I emailed CIGMAN on Saturday asking for a new window and they emailed me back by the next morning (Sunday) letting me know there was no availability for that single part so instead they offered to replace the entire unit - free of charge! Wow! Sure enough - Tuesday afternoon the Amazon driver pulls up with a brand new laser level and I am back up and running. Service does not get much better than that! If you are looking for home shop or business then I highly recommend going with CIGMAN! Five stars for sure!

You need this. Stop shopping and just buy it. I’m only mad I waited so long. And yes it auto levels well. Can’t believe that a laser level can be so well priced….? Well your dreams really can come true.

This is a good purchase for most people looking for a green 3x360° laser level. I’ll start with the good things: I like the carrying case that it comes with to hold the laser, charger, and a few other accessories. The battery life is more than enough to get me through a full day. It comes with a small tripod stand, with adjustable legs which are extremely helpful when trying to set the laser on an uneven surface. I also very much so like having my laser in green. I included a photo of this running alongside my Bosch GCL2-160 laser with moderate ambient sunlight. The GCL2-160 is an excellent laser, but like all red beams it’s very difficult to see it with ambient sunlight. As my photo shows, the green laser is far more visible under these circumstances. Note that this laser is unusable in direct sunlight. Now a few of my complaints: I don’t entirely like the small tripod stand (which I praised above). Anyone who has ever had to do precise work with a laser level before knows that the hardest part can be setting up the laser in exactly the right location. My Bosch came with a stand that helps me set it up correctly, but I’ve deemed this one borderline unusable for that application. Whenever possible I set this directly on the floor, just because it’s less of a hassle. In many circumstances, I prefer to use my Bosch just because setting up a vertical line between certain exact points is less trouble. This isn’t built nearly as well as my Bosch is. In fairness, laser levels rarely take a hard beating while in use. But if a tool ever has a minor accident, gets dropped, etc, I’m confident that my Bosch will still work well. I’m not so sure about this one. Use with a little extra caution. Maybe this is a nitpick, but the beams on my laser have small breaks in them, and are not perfectly continuous. So my 3x360° is actually more like 3x358°. I rarely notice it, but sometimes I get unlucky with how I set it up and the dark spot on my laser can make my task more difficult. In conclusion, I think most people who are in the market for a 3x360° will like this a lot. If you really need one that’s brighter (for more distance or sunlight) and more sturdy you can get a very high quality Bosch (likely at double the price or more). But because this is so much cheaper, and it does damn near everything that I need it to do, I think this will satisfy most people looking for a similar laser. I purchased mine in the summer of 2022. I’ll update this review if the laser starts to give me any trouble.

Well-built, solid-feeling level with 3-axes. Great battery life (4 settings) and very bright green laser. Controls are super-easy, and it has a nice little remote. If there was a downside, it would be that the battery is non-replacable. But, I'm not sure this is a concern for the average DIY person. Worst case, if you still had it when the battery died in 10-15 years, you could use a phone battery. You don't need a tungsten alloy, atomic-clock-level, satellite-linked, laser level to lay the tiles in your kitchen. This is more than enough. Great buy.
