While I'm not too happy with the price of a single bulb I can't complain too much because you get what you paid for. It has solid build quality and feel like it will last for a very long time. I don't have any other "smart" bulbs so I can't compare but I can say that this works exactly as advertised. I use it with HomeKit and have no problems. It's very responsive. Turns on/off, changes color instantly. It's bright enough for me too. If you are expecting a super bright light then you may or may not be satisfied. Again, remember that I have no reference to compare to other options.That being said, I will be buy more and don't feel the need to even try other brands or variants.

I just upgraded from an older version. It's much more brighter and not loosing the wifi connections, like the older one.

I loved lifx, I purchased them for my home and then had lots of confidence to purchase them for the gym I own to help with class experiences. In total I purchased over 30m of Lifx Z strips and 4 Lifx A60 of which only a few Z strips and A60 light bulbs work. Unfortunately the company was bought out after struggling and now their products either don't work or impossible to use. It's such as shame as its not just the product cost thats frustrating but we are going to have buy and reinstall a whole new system in place. I would really steer clear of LIFX at the moment as the company goes through changes, dont waste your time, or money and even if it will work for a couple of month - it wont work soon after.

Really easy to use with google home or use with the app.

Worked well at first. Had for a while then changed router. The product ID was on the packaging that I didn’t have any more. And the effort via their support was painful with repeat emails and arcane setting to reinstate the lights but no longer possible to link to my Apple a home kit.Decent product with poor support and ridiculous set up.
