The product is excellent
I’ve been using the FirstFit Natural Rubber Resistance Loop Bands for a few weeks now, and I’m really impressed with their quality and performance. The set includes multiple resistance levels, which makes it perfect for both beginners and advanced users. I love how I can easily switch between light, medium, and heavy bands depending on the workout.

Not for the beginners
I am going to use this for the very first time. Quality is good. Seems durable. Stretch is fine. But I feel this much of resistance is too much for the beginners. Let me try for a week. Received today only , i can add to my comment later

Very good product. Long and durable for exercise. All the mobility related exercises you can do with it. It helped me strengthening my legs while recovering from a surgery.
