‘Smelly’ healthy and flexible
Oh my goodness it’s aromatic and I like the smell my body likes it. It’s even though it’s a little bit plants stinky but it’s good for you. It helps my body. It feels more mobile and it really blesses me. I really like this product and the company.

Will continue to use, not sure how it is working but will give it more time. No bad side effects, easy to swallow.

Good for acne prone skin
I have very oily acne prone skin. Birth control, creams, antibiotics do not work! Spirolactone worked well after the first three months but I wanted to try something more natural. I take 2 capsules of Burdock 3 times a day along with 2 capsules of DIM 3x a day last but not least 1 capsule of jarrows milk thistle 3x a day as well. And let me tell you my face has not broken out no were near as bad. I'd have 4 to 7 nodules on my face that will last for weeks because they are under the skin. Now I may have 1 or 2 close to that time of the month. I do take Yaz birth control as well. But that only cleared up the cystic acne on my chin and jawline. My cheek acne remained. Burdock has been a great addition to my routine. I know it seems like a lot of pills to take but it's better than big bumps under the skin that make up can't even cover. Btw I use body merry glycolic acid face wash as well. Now I'm working on my scaring since my breakouts are under control. I'm 32 and and it's taken years to find something that works for me.

Not the Bottle Advertised- Chg in MG’s too- Less product
Received Nature’s Way Burdock Root but bottle looks different and the amount of Organic Burdock Root is only 860 MG per serving now compared to the original bottle that I used to get (the one advertised on Amazon) had 950 MG per serving- that’s 90 MG’s less per serving, yet I’m paying the same amount as I did before? - what gives? Did Nature’sWay change something? Would be nice to know.
